Cuîdate
East Orlando, a predominantly Hispanic area, was experiencing an unusually high incidence of chronic illnesses, especially diabetes and heart disease. That, coupled with a language barrier and a largely uninsured population, created a unique opportunity for a partnership, 
named the Cuidate Program. In response, we created collateral support. |
